My initial unit was leaking from the bottom and Rebecca Gotoy made the process of trouble shooting and eventual replacement a breeze. She was very professional and kind, and my overall experience with Newair and the ice maker are positive.

Newair was extremely responsive in responding to the service request. They were also very thorough in questions they sent so they could diagnose my concerns. They are taking care of it in a very timely manner. They are going above and beyond to help get my ice. And I use a lot of ice! Thank you!

I received excellent customer service from Elizabeth Martinez. Although I was very upset that my air cooler shut down during the recent heat wave, her calm professional demeanor made me feel confident that she would made every effort to try and get the issue resolved. I look forward to getting the replacement soon. It was great to have her answer the call promptly and be there to listen and provide assistance when I needed it the most. Great job!

Our Newair Portable Countertop Ice Maker unfortunately stopped making ice. When I called Customer Service, I was immediately able to reach a representative, whose name was Michelle. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! She explained everything very well and followed up with an email which also explained everything I needed to do to initiate the return process. I responded to her email with the attached requested information, and within 24 hours, Michelle had reviewed my paperwork and created an order to get the return process started. I thank Michelle and also Hilary for expediting the processing of our return. I highly recommend Newair and commend them on their excellent customer service!

We wanted a mini-fridge that wasn't a wine fridge for our Palm Springs home. This fits so well in our kitchen island & has been perfect for the assortment of drinks to keep friends & family hydrated. I love that I've always got plenty of cold drinks at the ready whenever I need them. Customer Service is also great to work with!
